SPCC
A Spill Prevention Control And CounterMeasure Plan (SPCC) is required by the Federal and California EPA for facilities that have an aggregate aboveground storage of “oils” greater than 1,320 gallons. The aggregate storage only includes tanks and drums greater than 55-gallons. Typical substances include new and used waste oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, hydraulic oil and transmission fluid. The SPCC Plan details management practices and engineering controls in place to prevent a release of petroleum. Du-All also provides SPCC training.
