Underground Storage Tank Compliance

California Code of Regulations Title 23 Sections 2715(a)-(f) requires that owners/operators of Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems assign a Designated UST Operator to perform monthly inspections, maintain records and perform annual on-the-job facility employee training. Du-All Safety offers a third party designated UST operator to fulfill this function for your facility.

To comply with these regulations, you have two options: train and certify your staff to International Code Council (ICC) accreditation and conduct the designated UST operator duties in-house or contact an ICC-certified consultant to perform designated UST operator tasks.
