I. High-hazard areas. Inspections are to be conducted monthly. High-hazard areas include:
A. Machine shops
B. Auto shops
C. Carpenter shops
D. Wet labs
E. Production lines
F. Food processing areas
G. Heavy equipment operations
H. Construction operations
I. Hazardous materials storage areas
II. Medium-hazard areas. Inspections are to be conducted quarterly. Medium-hazard areas include:
A. Shipping & receiving
B. Dry labs
C. Manufacturing areas
D. Maintenance shops
E. Distribution areas.
F. Warehouses
III. Low-hazard areas. Inspections are to be conducted Semi-annually (twice a year). Low-hazard areas include:
A. Sales operations
B. Office, reception, and administrative areas
E. Office buildings
D. Storage rooms
