Rigging Safety Training

The following is Du-All Safety's Three-hour course outline used to conduct rigging safety. The rigging safety course consists of a briefing and discussion of the rigging safety requirements that are part of the regulatory requirements which govern crane and hoist operations. If available, the operating manual for the in use crane(s)/hoist(s) will be reviewed, with particular emphasis on safety.

The site-specific portion of the program requires a walk-through and overview discussion, including the specific types of rigging used with the company's cranes/hoists, and loads that can be lifted. Applicable inspection procedures will be discussed. Hands-on training will follow the discussion session.
