We have two consultation service options: the Remote Site Safety Support, and the Full-Service Consultation Safety and Support Program.  The Remote Site Safety Support program is subscription-based. The Full-Service Consultation Safety and Support program is charged at an hourly rate.

Cal/Osha requires written safety plans and procedures.  We help you develop four effective safety plans annually that provide structure and consistency for your employees while also encouraging employee ownership of the safety programs.  The most successful safety programs have employee buy-in. 

A key aspect of any safety program is employee education.  Du-All Safety will provide your company with webinar-based safety courses available 24/7.   All safety courses comply with Cal/OSHA regulations.  We offer 14 of the required statute courses and five additional courses. 

We provide this service as a recurring monthly subscription to guarantee you have the support to keep your employees safe and productive.

Our OSHA Regulation Experts Help You Stay in Compliance

By paying an annual subscription fee, our team becomes your safety partner.  In just 4-hours per month, we will achieve all the following tasks:

  1. Assist with safety and recordkeeping requirements 
  2. Aid with required written environmental health programs and permits 
  3. Aid in conducting the required periodic facility safety inspections and offer corrective action recommendations 
  4. Provide bi-monthly update newsletters to keep your business current with changes to the safety requirements that affect you 
  5. Assist with safety committee meetings and/or tailgate meetings via Zoom 
  6. Provide your workforce with mandatory compliance training 
  7. Be available for special management meetings as needed via Zoom 
  8. Assist with regulatory agency inspections (i.e. Cal/OSHA, EPA, CUPA, County, Fire Dept., etc.) 
  9. Provide support with accident investigations, expert testimony, etc. 

As your company grows, your company can purchase additional hours at a reduced subscription service rate.

Subscription Fee Details

  • Annual subscription fee of $825 per month for those services identified on the services summary.
  • Within 90 days of the initial subscription, the Client may opt to subscribe for five additional years at the same guaranteed low rate.
  • One-time Client set-up fee of $350 will be charged. A minimum of a one-year subscription is required
  • Additional time or written programs beyond the standard four hours of monthly consulting time can be purchased at the reduced rate of $165/hr.
  • All required safety postings will be provided at no charge during this agreement. Signs, labels, placards, etc., will be provided at cost plus 10% during this Agreement.
  • All basic online safety training will be available at $21 per course during this Agreement.
