Criminal Histories - nationwide, locally searched directly at their source. On line w/Pacer system for Federal criminal & civil histories. Some State Databases available but not recommended. International searches in many countries

Civil Histories - County (locally searched) & Federal jurisdictions including Federal Bankruptcy cases

Credentials Verification - both professional and personal.

Credit History, Personal - regular & persona formats are provided as required.

Credit History, Business - history of company with listing of owners & officers

Driving History - meets all new DPPA standards. Ca. on line. Note: some State restrictions apply.

Education History - all levels researched and verified.

Employment History - full history, simple history, & FAA/USPS 10 year sure history. Note: since the full history is getting increasingly difficult to obtain, Du-All Safety recommends that the employer consider combining a simple history along with relevant behavioral trait measurements to achieve similar or even better results.

Exit Interviews - full report defining problems, trends, wage differentials, etc.

References - personal & business verifications. (Note: feasible supplement to employment histories.)

SSN Verification - full or simple, plus Trace Reports. Ask about Du-All Safety's special confirmation plan.

Worker's Compensation History - State history where available. On line in California.

Safe-Worker Program™ - includes certification of employees, badges w/photo ID, random testing on a continuing basis, and License to exhibit, use, and promote the Du-All Safety Safe-Worker Program Logo.

Quik-Look Program™ - a 15 minute, highly accurate employee screening system featuring a rapid self-test drug testing kit, specific trait behavioral assessments, and a sample conditional offer letter.

Quik-Look+ Program™ - Uses the Quik-Look Program as a base and adds a job modeling feature to assist the client in recruiting quality staff to meet their specific needs.

The Coach™ - a simple, 10 minute assessment designed to give your management team the tools to understand the individuals on your team and how they can work together effectively.

Staff Inventory System™ - a behavioral analysis of non-response staff to define inherit problems. Available at three levels;

• Analysis of behavioral conflicts within a team. Set up a team building program to resolve issue
• Analysis of Systemic abnormalities. Set up a specific training regimen that can include classes, video tape and others.
• Analysis of Endemic abnormalities. Conducted under the authority of a Ph.D. level professional. Diagnosis accomplished through testing. Recovery prescribed by professional and carried out through Du-All Safety and/or EAP staff personnel.

Call Center / HelpDesk

Interview Systems - performed for or training in the use of a structured, pyramid interview system.

Cognizant Testing - all levels including general intelligence, job skill tests, etc.

Certification Programs - used to certify mandated groups of employees in specific job skill levels.

Safety Programs - a full array of programs using certified instructors, training aids, films, etc.

Credit Verifications Services - for companies, references called and a report provided.

Private Iinvestigation Services - coordinated with and offered by a licensed affiliated company. Referral service nationwide.
