Du-All Safety

Du-All Safety provides the annual required hearing testing per 8, CCR 5097. The hearing tests are provided on-site at the client's location. This testing takes about 10 minutes per group. Each group size is limited to four persons. An audiologist specializing in industrial hearing conservation supervises all testing and the review of the test results. The summary report is forwarded to the point of contact within five business days. The cost of this service depends on the number of employees tested. Please call for more information.

Starting with test number 61 the cost is calculated at $1,290.00 plus $12.00 for each additional test. When this calculation is determined, it results in a per test rate for subsequent quantities of tests as follows:

The per test rate is an all-inclusive charge. There are no additional costs for Set Up, Mileage, Service Charges (unless prearranged specific to your contract)
